About This Role
- Ensure accurate and timely production and analysis of daily T+1 P&L, attribution, and variance commentary to traders and finance managers.
- Manage month-end close activities including SAP journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and reporting according to policies.
- Lead resolution of reconciliation breaks and process standardization; interact with global stakeholders and auditors and act as first escalation point for team and stakeholder issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in core accounting function preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial market products including Bonds, Loans, Derivatives, and Equities.
- Competent use of MS-Office especially Excel and Access; knowledge of SAP is desirable with expectation to learn quickly.
- Work location: Mumbai, India. Work Experience Required: At least 8 years (preferably).

- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage financial data accuracy, reconciliation, and process improvements with attention to detail.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization, alongside strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
