About This Role
- Lead and own technical delivery and integration of Blue Yonder TMS implementations and enhancements for customers, ensuring alignment with their business processes.
- Act as technical owner liaising between project managers, solution architects, customer contacts, and executive sponsors to communicate product functionality and enhancements.
- Provide functional and technical support including quality assurance, system testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience integrating Blue Yonder/i2 TMS product with upstream and downstream systems including ERP/Host and WMS.
- Strong Supply Chain domain expertise with knowledge in integration, quality assurance, system testing, optimization design, and financial implementation related to TMS.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Cognos, Power BI, operating systems, database maintenance, and debugging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level consultant experienced in managing end-to-end technical delivery of TMS product implementations and custom integrations in complex supply chain environments.
- Capable of functioning independently in problem identification and resolution, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders at technical and executive levels.
- Familiar with TMS-ERP/WMS interfaces, tariff modeling, optimization, and financial aspects, with additional proficiency or interest in data science, Agile, AI/ML, and cloud technologies (Azure) considered advantageous.
