About This Role
- Liaise between project management, solution architects, customer contacts, and executive sponsors to align on WMS product implementation and enhancements.
- Lead functional analysis and solution development to meet client operational needs, including configuration, integration, system testing, and troubleshooting of WMS.
- Drive post-go-live stability and value realization working alongside operations and product management teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of corporate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Expertise in functional and technical configuration of WMS products (preferably JDA/RedPrairie), including integration with ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, and 3rd party systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of system testing, quality assurance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex system issues using trace files.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior consultant with strong background in WMS functional configuration and technical integration in large enterprise environments.
- Able to independently resolve complex problems with minimal guidance and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong communicator proficient in aligning cross-functional teams and customers, with a deep understanding of Blue Yonder product suite and related integrations.
