About This Role
- Own end-to-end data, analytics, and AI portfolio delivery including requirement gathering, roadmap prioritization, and team leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and data scientists ensuring scalable, high-quality BI and data products with measurable adoption and business impact.
- Drive technical excellence in SQL, data architecture, visualization standards, AI/ML integration, and stakeholder communication to influence decision-making and data strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in analytics, BI, data science, or data platform roles with at least 4 years managing teams.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse; proficiency in Python and enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot).
- Domain expertise preferred in finance, customer, or product data, with CRM and ERP datasets experience strongly preferred.
- Must work from Bengaluru office, adhering to company on-site policies.
