About This Role
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for healthcare products within scrum teams of 2-4 members.
- Identify and apply suitable machine learning techniques to real-world healthcare challenges, ensuring rigorous testing of models and code.
- Contribute to internal tools development and enforce best practices in modeling, coding, architecture, and statistics within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant ML roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in small agile scrum teams delivering ML solutions for complex problems, preferably in healthcare domain.
- Strong technical skills demonstrated by experience with advanced ML techniques, with bonuses for Deep Learning, large language models, and AWS ecosystem.
- Focused on production readiness including rigorous testing, code quality, and deployment best practices in operational environments.
