About This Role
- Lead the development and implementation of AI security controls focused on AI-assisted software development, AI-enabled products, and agentic systems to reduce risk and improve security posture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Security Architecture, engineering, product, and platform teams to translate AI security requirements into scalable technical solutions and automation.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide hands-on technical leadership in architectural reviews, control design, vulnerability management, and incident response related to AI security.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, application security, product security, or cybersecurity with leadership over complex security initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience securing AI systems and strong software engineering skills building/operating security tools and automation.
- Experience designing and operating security controls across cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and diverse infrastructure and application stacks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-organizational technical leadership for AI security controls, capable of balancing hands-on engineering with strategic delivery.
- Proficient with modern application security practices, developmental security frameworks, and AI system threat modeling.
- Able to operate in highly technical, multidisciplinary teams integrating security across platforms, AI infrastructure, and developer workflows.
