Demonstrates strong foundation in U.S. taxation and transaction-related tax considerations (e.g., Section 163(j), Section 382, tax basis).
Experienced in coordinating and communicating effectively with U.S.-based deal teams and tax specialists across various tax domains.
Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
