About This Role
- Elicit, plan, and manage comprehensive business and data analytics requirements with stakeholders using SQL and data profiling.
- Maintain data mapping documents and apply advanced data strategies including generative AI insights, vector/graph databases, and agentic AI concepts to enhance reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and align work with organizational strategy to deliver scalable, innovative business solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science, Information Technology, or similar.
- 2+ years experience in business/data analysis with data warehouse or reporting/analytics projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data profiling and analysis to support business requirements.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant data/business analysis roles.

- Experienced in leveraging generative AI concepts (RAG, prompt engineering) for data-driven business analysis and advanced analytics.
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Skilled in developing AI-driven analytical workflows and integrating emerging technologies like vector/graph databases and agentic AI into business processes.
