Experienced in developing complex, production-grade enterprise Java applications in a regulated or financial services environment preferred.
Demonstrates capability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and influence architectural decisions.
Works effectively in agile and collaborative environments with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and security.
