About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices using Java 17/21/25 and Spring Boot.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and participate in architecture decisions to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage full software development lifecycle including DevOps and testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in Java (Java 17/21/25 preferred).
- Proficient with Spring frameworks, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (JUnit, Mockito), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing complex, production-grade enterprise Java applications in a regulated or financial services environment preferred.
- Demonstrates capability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and influence architectural decisions.
- Works effectively in agile and collaborative environments with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and security.
