About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, lead agile ceremonies, and manage release and UAT processes to deliver critical data and technology solutions.
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and develop Tableau dashboards to support financial, operational, and risk reporting needs.
- Define and monitor data quality rules, document data lineage and metadata, and manage stakeholder relationships including senior business sponsors and risk managers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, agile product ownership, or data analytics within financial services, preferably in risk, finance, or compliance technology.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and Tableau dashboard design.
- Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira and Confluence; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification highly preferred.
