About This Role
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Arctic Wolf's Aurora Exposure Management platform.
- Translate strategic initiatives into detailed technical requirements and collaborate across engineering, security ops, threat research, and leadership teams.
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder enablement for new product releases focusing on vulnerability and exposure management technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in exposure/vulnerability management or endpoint and network security.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with agile tools such as Aha, Jira, and product analytics platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex cybersecurity product roadmaps spanning multiple engineering teams.
- Strong domain knowledge in vulnerability management, asset discovery, remediation, and exposure management technologies.
- Proven ability to align multi-disciplinary stakeholders, prioritize trade-offs, and communicate technical strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
