About This Role
- Drive financial performance and operational decision-making in partnership with site leadership through forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, productivity, spending, and inventory to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.
- Lead monthly financial close, support budgeting and long-range planning, and develop KPIs to enhance site operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced skills preferred) and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain teams with knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing financial analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional with manufacturing or operations finance background and strong analytical and business partnering skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments collaborating with site leadership and external stakeholders.
- Able to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights and lead process improvements including automation and standardization.
