About This Role
- Develop and deploy innovative AI and NLP solutions to business problems, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and production-ready capabilities.
- Research and evaluate new AI data sources, trends, and methodologies to enhance organizational data science capabilities.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering with a focus on language processing.
- 9+ years of experience in AI/ML roles with expertise in machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SQL, and experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face and OpenAI API.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), and building APIs (FastAPI, REST); understanding of LLMs and RAG architecture.
