About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of creative and marketing projects including videos, animations, infographics, and design for scientific and academic clients.
- Translate client briefs into clear scopes, deliverables, timelines, and manage cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within quality and budget expectations.
- Manage project tracking, stakeholder communication, review cycles, risk mitigation, and project profitability monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, creative/agency operations, or client servicing.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, CRM, and trackers like Trello or Monday.com.
- Work Experience Required: 1–2 years in relevant project management or coordination roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple creative or marketing projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams including designers, animators, writers, freelancers, and vendors remotely.
- Able to proactively identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and scope issues ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
