About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of AI-native systems solving real product and business challenges using LLMs and agentic systems.
- Architect and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic workflows for production accuracy and latency.
- Own prompt engineering, build evaluation frameworks, and drive AI-related technical decisions across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years hands-on building applied AI/LLM-based systems in production.
- Experience with designing and deploying scalable AI systems involving multi-step reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
- Work Location: Hybrid (home and LinkedIn office) as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in architecting and shipping complex agentic workflows and RAG systems at scale in consumer or enterprise products.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering, AI system evaluation frameworks, and practical application of LLM/agent technologies.
- Ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into scoped, production-grade solutions and mentor senior engineers on advanced applied AI practices.
