Strong hands-on expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (NPV, IRR, payback), and due diligence.
Prior exposure to deal structuring, negotiation support, or post-merger integration is highly desirable.
Experienced in managing complex cross-border M&A within Emerging Markets with exposure to Asia, Africa, and LATAM regions.
Ability to present and influence CXO/senior leadership with robust financial analysis and board-level presentations.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with legal, tax, treasury, and business teams under tight deadlines.
