About This Role
- Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Workday Adaptive Planning including translating complex financial and workforce models into the platform.
- Provide technical guidance on design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting for Adaptive Planning solutions, maintaining certification and enhancing product offerings.
- Lead and collaborate with teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and exceed client expectations in finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years overall experience with ERP and EPM solutions including a minimum of 2+ years specifically with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Adaptive Planning certification is mandatory; certification in Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus.
- Finance background recommended with MBA/PG/CA/CFA qualification.
- Location: Mumbai; willing to travel as per project requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning demonstrating strong financial/management accounting expertise.
- Capable of managing timelines, providing technical leadership, and communicating effectively with clients and teams.
- Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process redesign aligned with finance transformation objectives.
