About This Role
- Manage end-to-end learning program administration including enrollments, scheduling, attendance tracking, and communications to ensure smooth execution.
- Administer and maintain Workday Learning LMS including course creation, assignments, content updates, and learner support.
- Generate learning reports & dashboards, maintain learning governance standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning processes and learner experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, LMS Administration, HR Operations, or related role.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, L&D, or related field.
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems; Workday Learning experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and Teams; experience with reporting and analyzing learning data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in administering and optimizing LMS platforms with demonstrated ability to handle multiple learning programs simultaneously.
- Skilled in learning governance, content lifecycle management, and process improvement within a global, collaborative environment.
- Adept at coordinating across multiple stakeholders including vendors, content owners, IT, and regional teams to enhance learning operations efficiency.
