About This Role
- Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure supporting Gravitee's platform, including AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Provide exceptional technical support and lead investigations of complex customer issues to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate on development and maintenance of new infrastructure features and improve team processes utilizing AI-driven automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster creation and management, Helm-based deployments.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), certificate management, and continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years as explicitly stated in the JD.

- Experienced with infrastructure supporting high-performance AI workloads, particularly AI gateway and agent orchestration.
- Comfortable working in a technical, hands-on role focused on cloud infrastructure and customer support in a SaaS platform environment.
