Good understanding of PHY architecture, algorithms, DSP, digital communication, PHY/RF concepts, and relevant 3GPP specifications.
Deep PHY domain expertise with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes by correlating multi-source evidence beyond linear debugging.
Experience collaborating across multiple teams (MAC, RLC, RRC, RF, DSP, HW, system) to resolve complex cross-layer issues.
Interest or exposure to AI-assisted development, debugging, or automation tools to enhance RCA efficiency in PHY software development.
