About This Role
- Deliver data-driven analytics and insights to improve sales velocity, pipeline health, and deal performance for global enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports on sales pipeline metrics, deal size, conversion rates, and sales cycle times to influence business decisions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including Growth Enablement and Enterprise Solutions teams to identify opportunities and validate data accuracy, supporting decision-making and business impact tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Analyst, or Data Analyst roles.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; exposure to BI or analytics platforms preferred.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations concepts.

- Experienced in working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones in a fast-paced offshore delivery model.
- Strong analytical focus with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights impacting sales outcomes.
