About This Role
- Lead and establish a new India-based IT engineering team focused on quality engineering, SaaS application configuration/development, integration, and quality assurance maturity.
- Oversee people leadership, technical delivery, operational excellence, talent strategy, and cross-functional alignment across multiple domains including HCM, Finance, Site Solutions, and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability.
- Provide strategic quality engineering leadership, technical oversight (designs, architectures, AI use cases, CI/CD), workforce planning, vendor partnerships, budget allocation, and deliver executive updates on risks, progress, and staffing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 16–22 years overall experience; 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in managerial leadership roles.
- Experience managing large, cross-geo engineering teams delivering off-the-shelf or SaaS solutions in Finance, HCM, or ServiceNow domains.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working with U.S.-based product/architecture partners.
