Experienced in leading engineering-based solution delivery teams with proven talent development and issue resolution capabilities.
Demonstrates ability to drive value and efficiency through AI adoption and champion agile and DevOps practices.
Operates effectively in a global, multi-domain environment requiring strategic leadership, technical oversight, and collaboration across geographies and functional teams.
