About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
- Build secure REST APIs and optimize database design, queries, and application performance.
- Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in React (state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript) and Java backend development with Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, Kafka, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Experienced in building scalable, production-grade applications with cloud integrations (especially AWS).
- Capable of driving technical discussions, mentoring, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and improving developer productivity.
