About This Role
- Own and manage the product backlog for system enhancements within the Scrum team, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and communication between business stakeholders, product managers, and the development team to deliver product features and enhancements.
- Lead story writing, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria verification, while providing release notes and demonstrations for new releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of Product Owner experience in an Agile environment with demonstrated ability to lead Scrum teams and collaborate across offshore/onshore teams.
- Experience with ecommerce, payments, finance domains, UI design, and 3rd party software integrations.
- Proficiency with Scrum/Agile methodologies; CSPO certification preferred; familiarity with MarTech tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
