About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance APIs including REST, gRPC, and GraphQL ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in production environments.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, participate in architecture planning, code reviews and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience as a Project Lead or Engineering Manager.
- Strong expertise in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, and API development including REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
- Experience with Reactive programming and cloud-native AWS services.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing scalable distributed microservices architectures in production.
- Technical lead comfortable with high transaction enterprise environments and optimizing API performance.
- Hands-on with cloud deployments and modern CI/CD practices, collaborating across product, DevOps, and QA teams.
