About This Role
- Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle for DataRaft AI and related data platform capabilities to enable scalable healthcare data integrations.
- Lead design and execution of data ingestion, transformation, and exchange solutions adhering to interoperability standards like FHIR R4/R5.
- Manage Agile product delivery including backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and tracking product KPIs for performance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management.
- Experience with data platforms, data engineering, integrations, APIs, microservices, and Agile product delivery.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare domain including claims, EHR, and interoperability standards (FHIR R4/R5).
- Skilled at managing technical product strategy and Agile execution in environments involving complex data and AI-driven automation.
- Ability to collaborate across clinical, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive AI-enabled healthcare data platform transformations.
