About This Role
- Own and define the security architecture and strategy for the OpenEdge product portfolio, ensuring security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, secure SDLC practices, and vulnerability management initiatives across OpenEdge products.
- Provide strategic security leadership and guidance to engineering teams and senior leadership, influencing product security investments and decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering, product security, or security architecture with 5+ years leading product security strategy for enterprise software products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Experience securing large-scale commercial software platforms, including expertise in C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Linux/Unix, Windows Server, databases, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Work Experience Required: Explicitly 12+ years total and 5+ years in product security leadership roles.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders on security strategy and risks.
