About This Role
- Lead infrastructure engineering projects and workstreams focused on modernizing technology processes and resolving technical issues.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions considering upstream/downstream data and system impacts with mitigation guidance.
- Implement and promote AI-assisted practices for automation and issue reduction, ensuring traceable, auditable, and secure changes aligned with resiliency standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one infrastructure engineering domain such as hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation, cloud, or performance assessments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure including public and private cloud operations and migrations.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools in infrastructure workflows with validation and awareness of data sensitivity and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in infrastructure engineering within complex, regulated environments, preferably banking or financial domain.
- Capable of leading technical workstreams and integrating cross-functional knowledge beyond primary expertise area.
- Skilled at validating AI-assisted recommendations to ensure alignment with security, resiliency, and audit requirements.
