About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and debug Salesforce platform components across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments ensuring platform stability and scalable enhancements.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Gearset; oversee end-to-end release management processes.
- Participate in architecture/design discussions, peer code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, maintain technical documentation, and implement integrations with third-party applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and DevOps tools including GitHub and GitHub Actions (preferred).
- Location requirement: Gurgaon, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full SDLC for Salesforce with strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and security best practices.
- Comfortable with CI/CD practices and release management in enterprise Salesforce deployments.
- Skilled in collaboration and technical documentation, with ability to support cross-functional teams through technical insights and analysis.
