About This Role
- Maintain and support legacy applications ensuring system stability, performance, and business-critical reliability.
- Use AI tools like Copilot to analyze legacy code, document system behaviors, and improve team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement of development and support processes using AI-assisted workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of strong experience in C# and .Net Core technologies including migrating and modernizing legacy applications.
- Proven experience designing and architecting scalable, maintainable Delphi-based applications (Delphi knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong skills in debugging, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum SDLC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing legacy system maintenance and modernization in packaging or similar industry software environments.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to analyze complex undocumented codebases and enhance documentation and knowledge sharing.
