About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of SAP ABAP solutions across implementations, migrations, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SAP technical solutions focusing on performance and scalability, including SAP BTP integration and HANA 2.0 tuning.
- Collaborate with functional teams and global stakeholders, prepare detailed technical documentation, and conduct knowledge transfer for offshore teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade projects, and working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (80-95%) enabling active participation in technical discussions and client interactions.
- Experience with ABAP OO, debugging, Workflow, BADI, BAPI, Enhancement Framework, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, ALV Reports, Data Dictionary, and SAP HANA 2.0 optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior SAP developer comfortable working on global or multinational projects involving SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring SAP development best practices and performance optimization.
- Capable of providing technical leadership, mentoring offshore teams, and managing complex testing phases including UAT and regression testing.
