About This Role
- Build and own the entire backend platform for a product portfolio, focusing on scalable and distributed web services.
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, driving end-to-end delivery of new features and improving development processes.
- Evolve architecture for performance and scalability while independently leading module development.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5.5+ years of experience in a scalable product or ecommerce organization in a tech lead capacity.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring framework, and MVC architecture.
- Experience developing scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed backend services with knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and NoSQL database schema design.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.
