About This Role
- Provide hands-on technical support for Windows/Linux environments ensuring 24/7 operational health and maintenance.
- Manage performance, capacity, backup, and recovery of server and cloud infrastructure including disaster recovery planning.
- Administer cloud infrastructure services on AWS and Azure with configuration management (Ansible) and scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in AWS Cloud, Windows/Linux system administration, and RedHat Linux.
- Practical knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud technologies, including Elastic Load Balancers, auto-scaling, VPC, IAM, and related services.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible) and scripting/programming in Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud infrastructure management with a focus on AWS and Azure environments and disaster recovery execution.
- Able to independently resolve complex system issues and perform capacity planning to maintain high availability.
- Has skills in automation via Ansible and scripting, demonstrating operational ownership and customer satisfaction focus.
