About This Role
- Lead business process management (BPM) workstream for complex, multi-function and multi-geography transformation initiatives.
- Define and drive future-state processes, operating models, and role changes aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with PMO, Change Management, Digital, Data, and other teams to integrate process changes and support effective adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years experience in Business Transformation, BPM, Operational Excellence, Strategy, Consulting, or complex operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluent English with senior/executive-level communication skills.
- Located in Bangalore; hybrid work model; availability to support 12:30PM to 9:30PM IST shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading process and operating model components in complex, multi-stakeholder transformations, ideally in aerospace/aviation domain.
- Skilled in integrating process changes with people, digital technology, automation, and data across matrixed and politically complex environments.
- Strong strategist with systems thinking, structured problem solving, advanced facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
