About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for medium to large Salesforce initiatives across EAME region.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce functional specifications and configure Salesforce including flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery: coordinate UAT, deliver user training, manage change activities, support go-live, and prioritize enhancement backlog.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant Salesforce functional experience.
- College, university or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and declarative automation.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant (CPQ Specialist advantageous).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practitioner with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience including flows, validation rules, and dashboards.
- Experienced in stakeholder management across multiple regional markets (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
- Comfortable leading UAT, training, change management, and supporting project delivery lifecycle for Salesforce solutions.
