About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts responsible for analyzing complex business problems and developing solutions in finance transformation for BFSI domain.
- Oversee full project lifecycle BA activities including requirements gathering, data analysis, writing user stories, solution design, and stakeholder management primarily for UK and European markets.
- Drive coordination between onshore and offshore teams, ensure deliverables meet business requirements, and facilitate solution discussions and sign-offs.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Should have handled a team of Business Analysts; exact years not specified.
- Strong SQL query writing skills and capability for in-depth data analysis and producing data mappings between platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodology, writing API contracts in Swagger, producing functional and solution design specifications, and working with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

- Experienced in finance transformation within BFSI, able to manage complex systems and data lifecycle for UK and European business projects.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with onshore-offshore BAs and development teams in multi-geographic environments.
- Strong technical understanding of business processes with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including documentation and stakeholder management.
