About This Role
- Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning and lead at least 2 end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations.
- Provide technical guidance on design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting for Adaptive Planning product suite.
- Understand client requirements to redesign business processes, applications and system designs with timely delivery of project deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience including at least 2 end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations.
- Minimum 2+ years experience specifically with Workday products.
- Adaptive Planning certification mandatory; certifications in Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials are a plus.
- Finance background recommended; MBA / PG / CA / CFA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial and/or management accounting with strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines effectively, including client communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of challenging status quo and driving transformation initiatives within finance technology solutions.
