Base location must be Delhi/NCR; experience in client-facing role required.
Experienced in enterprise-scale SAFe and other Agile scaling frameworks with strong coaching skills across organizational levels.
Skilled in facilitating change via workshops, gamification, and stakeholder management in large, complex environments.
Comfortable working with leadership to drive culture and organizational agility with exposure to product-platform Agile working and automotive/auto-ancillary industry preferred.
