About This Role
- Lead Agile coaching and maturity assessments across Portfolio, ART, and Team levels to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Facilitate and conduct SAFe workshops, ART launches, and Lean Portfolio Management initiatives including stakeholder management and change management.
- Drive adoption of Agile mindset and DevOps principles, coaching leadership and teams to improve Agile practices and support enterprise-level SAFe implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-14 years total experience including significant Scrum Master experience and 3-5 years as Agile Coach.
- Full-time MBA or Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Software development experience is mandatory.
- Base location must be Delhi/NCR; experience in client-facing role required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale SAFe and other Agile scaling frameworks with strong coaching skills across organizational levels.
- Skilled in facilitating change via workshops, gamification, and stakeholder management in large, complex environments.
- Comfortable working with leadership to drive culture and organizational agility with exposure to product-platform Agile working and automotive/auto-ancillary industry preferred.
