About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse agency functions to improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-fill.
- Own the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management system implementation, learning & development initiatives, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and maintain dashboards to support management decision-making and strengthen HR policies and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience as HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Manager, or similar roles.
- On-site location: Delhi.
- Experience with recruitment, performance management systems, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations including statutory compliance.
- Preferred qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent HR qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced, creative, advertising, digital or media agency environments with ability to manage diverse talent needs.
- Data-oriented, structured, hands-on with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities including senior leadership interaction.
- Tech-savvy and curious about applying AI and automation tools to enhance HR productivity and decision-making.
