About This Role
- Lead and transform a 65-person Bangalore-based compliance operations team focused on EU Selling Partner experience.
- Ensure operations meet SLAs and accuracy goals, implement automation to improve productivity and compliance using AI.
- Define long-term strategy, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate with tech and risk teams to drive process simplification and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing direct reports and building/leading large teams in matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience automating complex operational processes and simplifying operations to improve Seller experience.

- Strong leadership with proven ability to manage and scale large teams in compliance or operations contexts.
- Experienced in driving operational excellence through automation and process simplification, especially in regulated environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, risk management, and stakeholders to implement strategic operational improvements.
