About This Role
- Lead a team of 5+ Assistant Managers and employees in the Health & Dental claims operation to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational objectives like time service, quality, and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, employee empowerment for timely decision making, and collaborate on forecasting and capacity planning to meet claims volume and service goals nationally.
- Manage site operating budget ensuring financial prudence and ensure compliance adherence with satisfactory audit outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education/experience in operations management, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years leadership experience in operations within financial services, with day-to-day team leadership and customer-centric focus.
- Experience in Group Health & Dental claims considered an asset.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years leadership in financial services operations.
