About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital experience, cloud-native, mobile, and modern workplace projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Lead project delivery teams across onshore/offshore with focus on risk mitigation, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage client relationships and financials to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, strong client satisfaction, and healthy project margins.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years and up to 8 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, platform, or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Preferred certifications: CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO, PMP.
- Domain experience in Marketing or Hospitality and technical familiarity with AEM, Workfront, Figma, plus AI tools in project management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing delivery leadership managing distributed, cross-shore teams in fast-paced digital transformation environments.
- Strong skills in project financial management including budget tracking and margin optimization.
- Able to apply business analysis skills such as story writing, stakeholder interviews, and requirements analysis to improve delivery outcomes.
