About This Role
- Lead finance process transformation initiatives focusing on Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) including Fixed Assets (FA) processes.
- Design and deploy AI-driven finance solutions utilizing agentic and generative AI technologies; collaborate with finance SMEs and technical teams for solution development.
- Architect finance AI solutions translating business requirements into technical specifications and integrate automation with low-code/no-code platforms and API middleware frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-11 years of relevant work experience in finance process transformation and AI use cases at manager level.
- Educational qualifications: CA, CPA, MBA Finance, B.Tech, B.E, or Bachelors in Data Science from a Tier 1 institute.
- Strong expertise in finance processes OTC, PTP, RTR including Fixed Assets, with AI use case identification and design.
- Location requirements include Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and delivering AI-powered finance solutions with proficiency in large language models, prompt engineering, and related AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration tools (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen) and finance platforms like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion is preferred.
- Capable of bridging finance domain expertise and technical development teams, with exposure to process mining, finance analytics, and regulatory controls (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
