Experienced in leading distributed, cross-shore teams managing complex digital delivery projects with stakeholder and financial accountability.
Demonstrated skill in integrating AI-assisted project management tools and business analysis capabilities such as story writing, wireframing, and requirements analysis.
Comfortable managing client relationships, project governance, and delivering measurable impact on project margin, utilisation, and client satisfaction.
