About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital experience, cloud-native, mobile, and modern workplace projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
- Drive measurable business impact by partnering with client executives and cross-functional teams to improve time-to-value, quality, productivity, and scalability in engineering practices.
- Lead project governance, risk mitigation, client communication, financial management, and team staffing across distributed, cross-shore teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years and up to 8 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, platform, or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid project management methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello.
- Prior client-facing delivery experience is strongly preferred.
- Preferred certifications: CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO or PMP; experience in Marketing or Hospitality domains and with tech stacks like AEM, Workfront, Figma.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading distributed, cross-shore teams managing complex digital delivery projects with stakeholder and financial accountability.
- Demonstrated skill in integrating AI-assisted project management tools and business analysis capabilities such as story writing, wireframing, and requirements analysis.
- Comfortable managing client relationships, project governance, and delivering measurable impact on project margin, utilisation, and client satisfaction.
