About This Role
- Own end-to-end Finance operations transformation across OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury with integration of AI strategy and value architecture.
- Lead design and implementation of agentic AI solutions and multi-agent orchestration for Finance processes, including human-in-the-loop models and rapid prototyping.
- Drive multi-workstream programs involving Finance, Technology, and Change management with executive stakeholder relations and AI-enabled operating model design.
Minimum Requirements
- 11-16 years of relevant work experience in Finance Operations Transformation with AI strategy exposure.
- Education: CA, CPA, MBA Finance, B.Tech, B.E, or Bachelors in Data Science from Tier 1 institute.
- Strong knowledge in Finance domains: OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A, Tax, Treasury combined with AI use case implementation experience.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, Automation & Integration technologies such as Multi-agent AI (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance, Process Mining tools (Celonis, Signavio), RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and Cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level professional with deep cross-functional finance process transformation expertise fused with AI strategy deployment skills.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex AI-driven Finance transformation projects at scale with measurable KPI delivery.
- Technically fluent in GenAI, LLMs, agentic AI design, automation architecture, and Finance operating model redesign in large enterprise or G2000 client environments.
