About This Role
- Own end-to-end production and material planning to meet customer demands and business goals in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure material availability, production readiness, inventory optimization, and on-time product delivery.
- Track and report KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, backlog, and support S&OP processes and New Product Introductions (NPI) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor capital equipment.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain planning processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced planner with a background in semiconductor capital equipment or complex engineered products.
- Familiarity with inventory optimization, demand and capacity planning, and product lifecycle change management (ECO implementation).
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to coordinate across global, cross-functional teams to mitigate supply chain risks.
