About This Role
- Own frontend web development including building high-quality, accessible, and performant interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop NodeJS microservices and integrate with backend engineers to implement APIs and new product features.
- Ensure code quality by writing reusable libraries with strong test coverage and participating in code reviews while minimizing technical debt.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience building complex web applications from scratch using Javascript, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Node.js backend development, preferably with TypeScript, and test frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, or Playwright.
- Degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
- Good written communication in English is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working remotely with some overlap in US timezones and comfortable in agile, self-organizing startup environments.
- Skilled in collaborating closely with designers and other developers, comfortable participating in architecture design, and reducing tech debt while delivering new features.
- Has a strong interest in cloud computing, decentralization, blockchain technologies, and ideally has contributed to or maintained open source software projects.
