About This Role
- Perform end-to-end ETL and Data Warehouse testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Create and manage test data, execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
- Lead QA activities including test planning, defect tracking, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with technical and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years Quality Assurance experience in IT projects, with at least 3+ years hands-on ETL and Data Warehouse testing.
- Strong advanced SQL skills and knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, aggregation logic, and data marts.
- Experience with STLC, test management and defect tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps / TFS / VSTS.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance with relevant ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in data-centric testing methodologies and end-to-end business data flow validation.
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Capable of providing technical leadership through mentoring and collaboration across business, development, and architecture teams.
