About This Role
- Lead infrastructure engineering projects/workstreams focused on problem-solving, modernization, and technical troubleshooting within the infrastructure platforms team.
- Architect and implement infrastructure changes ensuring alignment with resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
- Drive adoption and validate AI-assisted practices to reduce recurring infrastructure issues and accelerate complex signal analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
- Deep expertise in one or more infrastructure engineering areas (hardware, networking, databases, storage, automation, resilience, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies for operation and migration across public/private clouds.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools in infrastructure workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with governance and control of at least one specific infrastructure technology within a large enterprise environment.
- Capable of cross-domain technical knowledge growth beyond a single product or area.
- Preferably has experience in banking/financial sectors and a track record of initiating and implementing innovative infrastructure solutions using new technologies including AI.
