About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots secure, stable, and scalable software solutions for Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts while ensuring software meets design constraints and operational stability.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team effectiveness, validating outputs rigorously.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal software engineering training or certification with 3+ years applied experience.
- Experience with Tandem technologies (Pathway, Batchcom, Netbatch, FUP, KLIST, Enform) and SQL queries.
- Banking domain knowledge including Cards Processing and Payment Brands like VISA and Mastercard.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operating within agile teams using CI/CD, Scrum, and tools like JIRA and Bitbucket.
- Skilled in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability in payment or banking software.
- Capable of critically evaluating AI-assisted code generation and guiding peers on secure and effective AI tool usage within software development lifecycle.
